Step 1- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius.

Step 2- Grease your cake pan properly.

Step 3-
Ingredients
All-purpose flour (180gm)
Cooking Oil (45gm)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Sugar (180gm)
Buttermilk (180gm)
Curd (50gm)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Blend all the ingredients with a whisk in a bowl.

Step 4- Combine everything together and pour it into the baking pan. Sprinkle over some chia seeds.

Step 5- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
